Hapbee Technologies (TSXV:HAPB) (OTCQB:HAPBF) launched “Routines By” – a new feature that allows users to share their own wellness routines with other members of the Hapbee community. The new launch also includes two new routines by noted biohacker, fitness guru, and New York Times best-selling author, Ben Greenfield.
These new additions represent the initial launch of the first in a series of regularly scheduled Routine drops designed by prominent users of the platform, representing a broad array of lifestyles and use-cases, including sleep optimization, recovery, and performance among others.

Hapbee is a digital wellness technology company that wants to help you and everyone like you get better sleep. The company has a digital wellness library of Blends and Routines, which use patented ultra-low radio frequency energy designed to help users get better sleep, increase productivity, enhance recovery and downtime.
The new routines are an extension on the pre-existing Hapbee Routines, which launched in August as part of the company’s V2 upgrade. These are time-released Blends divided into three different categories: Sleep, Perform and Mood, and give each user the ability to patch together a number of routines, thereby eliminating the need to manually restart to switch blends.
Who is Ben Greenfield?
Greenfield is a health consultant, speaker and New York Times bestselling author of a number of different books including titles such as: Beyond Training, Boundless, Fit Soul, Spiritual Disciplines Journal, the Boundless Cookbook and Endure.
He’s a former collegiate tennis, water polo, and volleyball player as well as a bodybuilder and 13 time Ironman triathlete and professional obstacle course racer. He’s also been voted by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as America’s top personal trailer and by Greatist as one of the top 100 Most Influential People in Health and Fitness.
He’s also been a Hapbee user since 2021.
His routines are called Daily Meditation by Ben and In the Zone by Ben.
