Symphony Sleep develops sonic massage therapy bed technology

This therapeutic audio bed frame system will cost just under US$3,000 once in stock

Missouri’s nighttime technology developer, Symphony Sleep, is launching a novel product at the Las Vegas Market next week.

The ES700 SonicSleep System is a multi-purpose bed base that offers sonic (audio) massage therapy and a high-grade sound system that can be connected to a bedroom TV or other devices. Attendees at the Nevada event will be able to check out the large new gadget at the company’s showroom.

“Sonic massage therapy is shown to reduce stress and anxiety, promote relaxation, and enhance quality sleep for overall wellness,” Symphony Sleep says.

It comes equipped with a mobile app that users can adjust settings with through their smartphone. It is expected to cost just under US$3,000 once it becomes broadly available.

“Ready to experience the next evolution in adjustable bases?” the company said in a social media post. “At the upcoming Las Vegas Market, we’re introducing a brand new system that pairs sonic massage therapy with immersive sound for a sleep and wellness experience like no other.”

Symphony is one of two brands owned by Innovative Sleep Technologies: Symphony Sleep and Road Star Beds. The latter brand supplies mattresses that are specifically designed for people travelling in motorhomes.

The German furniture manufacturer Meise Möbel is a co-owner of Innovative Sleep Technologies.

Las Vegas Market is renowned for mattress tech

Many companies are known to show off their sleep-aid products at the annual event, particularly mattresses and bed bases like the one being launched by Symphony.

At last year’s winter showcase, MOLECULE unveiled its “Reflex” line of mattresses. They feature a proprietary foam and gel system to offer better support than memory foam and other options. The materials used are specifically tailored for temperature management.

The year prior, Casper launched two additions to its Cooling Collection — a line of bedding products also focused on regulating temperature.

Organic bedding products, smart pillows and other sound technologies are popular items at the Las Vegas Market.
