TomaGold Corporation reports 69.40m at 3.46% ZnEq at Berrigan Deep
The deepest extension hole reached 907.4 metres downhole; TomaGold will use geophysical surveys to select further drill targets.

TomaGold Corporation CVELOT OTCMKTSTOGOF reported on Tuesday that hole TOM-25-012EXT cut 69.40 metres grading 3.46 per cent zinc equivalent at Berrigan Deep in Quebec. The final three assays complete Phase 2 and leave the mineralized zone traced more than 250 metres laterally and about 400 metres vertically after five extension holes.
On the TSX Venture Exchange, TomaGold's CVELOT shares closed unchanged at C$0.03 as of 4 p.m. EDT on Sept. 29.
The Sept. 29 release places the main interval between 784.20 and 853.60 metres downhole. It included 40.10 metres at 5.38 per cent zinc equivalent and, within that, 4.20 metres at 21.18 per cent zinc equivalent. TomaGold also expressed the full interval as 0.81 grams per tonne gold equivalent, a second measure of the polymetallic drill result.
The hole ended at 907.4 metres downhole, the deepest drilled at Berrigan, while the company said the mineralized zone remains open laterally and at depth. TomaGold said it would use geophysical surveys to choose targets for another drilling phase.
“We now have a system that extends more than 250 metres laterally and approximately 400 metres vertically, with mineralization intersected to nearly 900 metres depth, and we still have not defined its limits,” TomaGold chief executive David Grondin said in the release.
TOM-25-010EXT returned 19.10 metres at 2.23 per cent zinc equivalent. TOM-25-013EXT cut 7.00 metres at 2.21 per cent zinc equivalent.
The Sept. 29 assay table also lists 28.25 grams per tonne silver within the TOM-25-013EXT interval. Those holes and TOM-25-012EXT make up the final assays from the five-hole extension program.
Before these assays, TomaGold reported two broader Berrigan Deep intersections. Discovery hole TOM-25-015 returned 98.50 metres at 5.08 per cent zinc equivalent. The other, TOM-25-011EXT, returned 204.25 metres at 2.05 per cent zinc equivalent. TomaGold calls the latest interval its third-longest at Berrigan Deep; it starts deeper in its hole than either earlier intersection.

TomaGold estimates true widths at approximately 80 to 85 per cent of the reported core lengths, according to its Sept. 29 release. The 69.40 metres is therefore a length measured along the drill hole, rather than the full thickness of mineralization across the zone.
In its Sept. 29 release, TomaGold said it will add AMT and UTEM survey results to its geological model before choosing priority targets laterally and at depth for the next drilling phase.
