Renowned Vancouver retailer and distributor – Kiaro Holdings Corp. (TSXV: KO) (OTC: KIARF) announced on Friday that they would be launching a new program called MyHempisphere to give their patrons a customized and elevated shopping experience. The organization has a total of 17 locations across BC, Saskatchewan and Ontario.
The company crafted this new cannabis browsing initiative with intentions of replicating the success of their previous program, MyKiaro. MyHempisphere is now available online and Ontario-wide at Hemisphere locations.
Additionally, the company announced changes in leadership. Former Chief Financial Officer – Janet Hoffar, has left the organization with Anand Sundararajan taking her place as the new Interim CFO. The team at Kiaro extended their gratitude for the leadership Janet provided over the past two years during a critical period of company transformation.

Sundararajan brings a diverse scope of experience to the table in his new role. In the past, he has acted as a financial reporting expert, M&A advisor and consultant. Kiaro has expressed that he brings strong structured leadership, discipline and a collaborative approach to building strong financial structure within the organization.
The corporation also bid farewell to two members of its board of directors – Mr. Mark Crocker and Mr. Colin Davis. Kiaro expressed gratitude for their contributions and wished them well in their future undertakings.
Other good examples of similar customer loyalty programs include Delivery on Demand from Canna Cabana, a subsidiary of High Tide Inc. (Nasdaq: HITI) (TSXV: HITI) (FSE: 2LYA) – which guarantees customers delivery within two hours of their order being placed. Or, the Spark Select program from Fire & Flower, which gives members a 20 per cent discount on their first purchase after registering, priority notification on upcoming sales and assorted surprises throughout the year such as receiving gifts.
Kiaro stock stayed flat at C$0.040 Monday on the Canadian Ventures Exchange.
