Pot firm HYTN Innovations Inc. (CSE: HYTN) will be selling its cannabis drinks in Quebec thanks to a new deal signed with the private pot supplier Rose LifeScience Inc.

On Monday, the company announced it is set to sell its products via Rose on the Société Québécoise du cannabis (SQDC). Orders will go from the SQDC through Rose and be fulfilled by HYTN for an unspecified commission. The company has already fulfilled its first order this month.

Furthermore, the company said that Quebec is a unique market that requires hands-on experience and an “on-the-ground” presence.

HYTN COO Jason Broome added that the market is critical for HYTN and will offer the first sugar-free beverage with the maximum allowable dose and rapid onset in Quebec.

HYTN CEO Elliot McKerr said the partnership gives consumers in Quebec the opportunity to experience HYTN’s products.

“We are looking forward to seeing the sales progression that an experienced team such as Rose can deliver and are confident that they will provide the very best path to growth within Quebec,” McKerr said.

ROSE CEO Davide Zaffino said they are excited about the opportunity to introduce the company’s “high-quality” beverages to the Quebec market and partner with HYTN which has a robust “consumer-first” approach.

HYTN received a Controlled Drugs and Substances Dealer’s Licence from Health Canada this month. It is now authorized to produce up to 300 grams of psilocybin and sell it to other countries.
