Fire & Flower Holdings Corp. (TSX: FAF) (OTCQX: FFLWF) and its delivery subsidiary Pineapple Express Delivery Inc. are now able to deliver pot to British Columbians.

On Wednesday, the leading cannabis company announced the launch of the service through the Fire & Flower e-commerce website and through various retailers in the province. The e-commerce platform uses the Hifyre platform as well as the CannDeliv software.

As of today, the company will launch same-day delivery in the Metro Vancouver area and next-day delivery in the province.

“Customers can expect the same excellent standard of service that has already been deployed in Ontario, with customers receiving their cannabis purchases to their doors in a matter of hours, in many cases,” CEO Stéphane Trudel said.

“Our ability to immediately deploy our technology and delivery service offerings as regulations changed demonstrates our ability to monetize the components of our business and provide value to our customers.”

This May, the company launched its hotel and high-rise condo delivery service in partnership with Zonetail Inc. (TSXV: ZONE) (OCTQB: ZTLLF), a mobile platform for hotels and condos to provide guests and residents access and interaction with building amenities.

It also launched its Firebird Delivery to offer one-hour delivery pot to customers in Toronto, Kingston, London, Ottawa, Oshawa, Guelph and North Bay.
