TerrAscend and TRP partner to bring Cookies to Pennsylvania

Cookies products will also be available at TerrAscend’s pot shops The Apothecarium and Keystone Canna Remedies

TerrAscend and TRP partner to bring Cookies to Pennsylvania

TerrAscend Corp. (CSE: TER) (OTCQX: TRSSF) has partnered with a cannabis firm that has exclusive rights to the famous brand Cookies.

On Tuesday, the cannabis retailer announced the agreement with the cannabis firm TRP to introduce the products in Pennsylvania. The agreement also allows TerrAscend to cultivate and manufacture Cookies products in the Keystone state.

Under the partnership, Cookies products will also be available at TerrAscend’s pot shops The Apothecarium’ and ‘Keystone Canna Remedies’ in Plymouth-Meeting, Lancaster, Thorndale, Allentown and Stroudsburg.

TRP was founded in 2019, and its a retail, cultivation and distribution platform with a footprint in 14 states and two countries where it produces and sells the brands Cookies, Dr. Greenthumb, Insane and others.

Cookies was founded in 2010 by Billboard-charting rapper and entrepreneur Berner and Bay Area breeder and cultivator Jai. The company has a collection of over 70 proprietary cannabis cultivars and more than 2,000 products.

“TRP is excited to partner with TerrAscend to bring some of the most desirable genetics out there to the patients of Pennsylvania, and are looking forward to providing patients with the full Cookies experience when we open our flagship stores in the commonwealth,” said TRP CEO Brandon Johnson.
