Surfside Solutions unveils cannabis advertising platform for Canadian market

Company provides all-in-one solution for Canada-based retailers to expand their operations

A Manhattan-based marketing technology company has now extended its advertising platform out of the big apple and into Canada.

On Thursday, Surfside Solutions Inc. announced that its marketing service will become available to Canadian brands and dispensaries.

Surfside claims that through a combination of its demand side platform (DSP) and customer data platform (CDP) the company will be able to offer an all-inclusive promotion solution for cannabis establishments.

Businesses seeking to utilize customer data by promoting products and services to patrons via mobile apps and websites will allegedly be impressed with Surfside’s marketing capabilities.

“Surfside has been a great advertising partner for our business,” said Will Alexander, head of marketing at Burb, a B.C.-based dispensary chain and cannabis outfit.

“By giving us the ability to advertise to local cannabis consumers with digital ads and track the results for both e-commerce and in-store sales, Surfside helps make sure that every ad dollar we spend is helping us grow,” he added.

With the Surfside platform available up north, Canadian cannabis business operators can now carefully track e-commerce and in-store results derived from advertising endeavours in an efficient performance dashboard, utilize over 25 thousand behavioural attributes to reach different audiences and advertise to cannabis users across over 1 million mobile apps and websites.

“We have been building our presence and capabilities in Canada through a series of partnerships and campaigns over the last twelve months and we can’t wait to start helping more Canadian clients grow as we invest more heavily into this important market,” said Travis Scadron, Vice President of Business Development at Surfside.
