Irwin Naturals Inc. (CSE: IWIN) (OTC: IWINF) (FRA: 97X) has recently decided to forward its mission of providing healing to people plagued by mental health disorders through a new acquisition.

On Thursday, the company announced that it had completed a definitive agreement to buy all of the issued and outstanding shares of Ketamine Media.

Headquartered in Knoxville, Tennessee — Ketamine Media has formed relationships with clinics in over 45 states to help connect patients with providers of ketamine-assisted therapy through a unique online platform.

“While this transaction will contribute immediately to our profitability, this acquisition is driven predominantly by strategic considerations. Ketamine Media will support our mission to bring healing to people suffering from mental health disorders,” said Klee Irwin, CEO of Irwin Naturals.

“We are in acquisition discussions with many clinics who tell us that Ketamine Media has been almost solely responsible for their growth, and we are excited to have them as part of the Irwin family.”

Irwin says that the acquisition of Ketamine Media will help it to identify and purchase clinics that can be converted into part of the company’s new “Irwin Naturals Emergence” chain of psychedelic therapy facilities.

The company also says it has a mission to bring ketamine therapy to the masses due to its superior efficacy compared to conventional treatments.

“We will continue providing the high level of services our clients are accustomed to. For us, this deal will give us access to growth capital that will allow Ketamine Media to add new advisory services that will greatly benefit all our clients at a much more rapid pace,” said Chris Walden, CEO of Ketamine Media.

“We believe that Irwin Naturals will be successful in their strategy to become a leading international brand of psychedelic mental health clinics.”
