Duck Creek Technologies opens up the power of the cloud for insurance companies

The combination of Duck Creek and Cincom Eloquence helps ensurers ease into the development, production and delivery of complex customer communications.

Customer communications management solutions (CCM) provider, Cincom Systems, integrated with Duck Creek Technologies’ (NASDAQ:DCT) insurance suite to help insurers speed up the digitization of its customer communications processes.

The combination of Duck Creek and Cincom Eloquence, Cincom’s core program, helps ensurers ease into the development, production and delivery of complex customer communications.

CCM, which Duck Creek offers, is a set of solution that helps businesses interact with customers. The software involves using a platform for the many types of correspondence and conversations between an organization and its customers through many different channels and devices.

Examples include customer correspondence, approvals/denials and notifications. On-demand processes are triggered by events from the Web, fax, phone, email, transactional systems or enterprise applications.
