New collaborative product line will launch this fall across the U.S.

Cookies will now be partnering with a cannabinoid ingredient and product manufacturer specializing in water-soluble technology.

This fall, Cookies will be launching a new product line containing an assortment of terpenes and cannabinoids. The company says that the new products will be formulated for rapid onset and high bioavailability. The goods will also be supported by Cirona’s vast R&D catalogue of powders and emulsions, according to the companies.

“Our team at Cirona is excited to help expand the iconic Cookies brand portfolio, thus allowing us to mesh the best of both worlds in culture and science,” said X’Zavierr Garland, director of business development at Cirona Labs.

Cirona’s CEO, Hunter Friedland provided a statement about how the partnership with Cookies came to be saying that, “Cookies is one of the most iconic brands in cannabis. When we heard of their plans to launch hemp-derived products at mainstream retail, we knew our emulsion technology could be a huge opportunity.”

“We had some great feedback on our first CBD emulsion samples, and from there we kicked off multiple streams to create a variety of custom ingredients. We’ve worked closely through concept creation and product development. We’re very grateful to have such collaborative partners on the Cookies team,” added Friedland.

Friedland also discussed how his company’s water-soluble technology works and how it elevates product quality or unlocks new potential for Cookies cannabinoids.

“We’ve developed an R&D library of over 1,000 unique water-soluble formulations, giving us a wide range of options to control features like taste, stability, and appearance. All of our emulsions are backed by science and rigorously tested to ensure they meet expectations. For Cookies, cannabinoid efficacy is very important, and with Cirona tech, we ensure we’re maximizing the potential of every cannabinoid we infuse,” said Friedland.

Lastly, he offered information about new products that Cirona will be developing for Cookies.

“Products will start to roll out later this Fall, and while we don’t want to reveal too much, we can confirm that the launch bundle will include syrups, capsules, tincture, and topical products, with a variety of hemp-derived cannabinoids.”
