Cielo Verde expands Bud Lafleur brand in Quebec

New products are now available at SQDC locations throughout the province

A new trio of cannabis products are now available for consumers in Quebec thanks to Cielo Verde.

On Wednesday, the company announced that three new varieties of pre-rolls crafted with its Bud Lafleur brand cultivars could now be purchased at SQDC locations.

Those strains were previously only sold in 3.5 gram packages and the company has now launched three new pre-roll formats. Moby Dick will now be available in a single one gram pre-roll, Citroli can be purchased in a two-pack (0.5 grams each) and Black Sunset can be bought in a seven-pack (0.5 grams each as well).

A total of six products from Bud Lafleur are now stocked at SQDC dispensaries.

“We are excited to share our products with the cannabis community in Quebec. All of our focus has and will continue to be on servicing the Quebec market,” said Barry Laxer, CEO and founder of Cielo Verde.

“We are bringing to market unique cultivars, legacy strains, premium quality flower and the highest standards in hydroponic cultivation methods and quality assurance,” added Laxer in reference to the three Bud Lafleur cultivars.

Cielo Verde acquired two indoor production facilities from Aurora Cannabis Inc. (NASDAQ: ACB) (TSX: ACB) in June last year with over 100,000 square feet of cultivation space and state-of-the-art technology. The company says that acquisition has since established it as one of the top producers of indoor bud within Quebec.
