A Vancouver company has recently decided to broadcast audio and video content featuring interviews with prominent cannabis industry experts.

On Thursday, KayaPush formally announced the launch of Kaya Cast, a new podcast dedicated to helping dispensaries succeed.

The first episode made its debut on August 2 and featured Chris Lara, strategic advisor to the Temeka Group — an interior design contractor for dispensaries with clients such as Cookies, Medcare Farms and STIIIZY.

The new podcast can be downloaded on Spotify, Apple and Google. Video footage of the various interviews can also be found on YouTube and the channel has not received a great deal of traffic thus far.

“There’s nothing better than geeking out with other business owners, finding out what makes their dispensaries tick, and sharing best practices with the community. This industry is growing increasingly competitive and we want to equip dispensaries with all the tools and resources they need to succeed,” said Tommy Truong, CEO & co-founder of KayaPush.

Topics of the new podcast episodes include building your dream dispensary, cannabis-infused customer experiences, reducing cannabis security risks, advocating for diversity in cannabis and decoding cannabis accounting.

“My passion is to explore the fascinating world of cannabis and share inspiring stories of people who have pursued their dream of building amazing cannabis businesses,” said Tom Mulhern, host of Kaya Cast.

“We all have unique stories about how we ended up in the cannabiz, and my goal is to share those stories with my listeners.”
