Fire & Flower Holdings Corp. (TSX: FAF) (OTCQX: FFLWF) has updated its leadership team and hired a new interim chief financial officer who previously held the position at The Flowr Corporation.

The company announced Monday that it has appointed John Chou as Interim CFO effective immediately.

Chou previously held the position of CFO of The Flowr Corporation and he was the CFO of the cannabis firm Terrace Global (TSXV: TRCE). He also held roles as the VP of Finance of Gran Colombia Gold Corp. (TSX: GCM)(OTCQX: TPRFF) and VP of Finance of Frontera Energy Corp. (TSX: FEC).
