Eloro Resources reports 87.1m at 73.26 g/t silver at Iska Iska

The DSB-96 step-out is 70 metres south of an earlier hole; Eloro aims to finish the initial 10,000 metres by year-end.

Eloro Resources Ltd. TSEELO OTCMKTSELRRF reported on Wednesday that step-out hole DSB-96 at Iska Iska in Bolivia returned 87.10 metres grading 73.26 grams per tonne silver and 0.18 per cent tin. The hole lies 70 metres south of DSB-61 and feeds drilling aimed at expanding the 85.17 million tonnes of indicated resources estimated in April for a planned preliminary economic assessment.

Eloro shares, tracked as TSEELO, fell 4.3 per cent to C$1.55 on the Toronto Stock Exchange at 4 p.m. EDT on Oct. 7.

The DSB-96 interval begins 40.40 metres downhole and sits within a 126.10-metre run averaging 54.92 grams per tonne silver. Another 17.90-metre section, beginning 24 metres downhole, graded 190.50 grams per tonne silver and 0.45 per cent tin.

The three reported holes total 1,459.23 metres of an initial 10,000-metre phase planned across about 30 holes. DSB-96 remains in progress after an approximately 45-day suspension attributed to technical and logistical issues, with drilling expected to resume.

DSB-94 returned 42.00 metres at 38.98 grams per tonne silver beginning 247.90 metres downhole in the western silver-tin domain. DSB-95 cut 6.00 metres from 115.50 metres downhole in the eastern gold-silver-zinc-lead domain.

That interval graded 8.07 per cent zinc and 1.23 per cent lead, plus 42.50 grams per tonne silver and 1.15 grams per tonne gold.

DSB-94 was collared 78 metres northwest of DSB-87. DSB-95 lies 91 metres northwest of DHK-31.

Eloro estimates true widths at about 80 per cent of the reported core lengths.

Eloro's April estimate, effective April 2, assigned 85.17 million tonnes grading 40 grams per tonne silver to the indicated category. That represented 109.53 million contained ounces of silver; a separate 945.43 million tonnes was inferred.

Mineral resources have no demonstrated economic viability.

Eloro's May 7 drilling plan called for 50-metre spacing in selected areas to test continuity and expand the indicated resource around the potential starter pit. The new holes sample the central, eastern and western mineralized domains rather than a single target.

"These initial positive results from the 2026 expansion drilling program provide a solid start as we work to expand the Indicated Mineral Resource in support of the planned PEA," chief executive Tom Larsen said in the release.

The 73.26 grams per tonne silver in DSB-96 exceeds the April indicated resource average of 40 grams per tonne. An updated resource estimate will show whether the new drilling changes the deposit-wide tonnage or grade assigned to the indicated category; the assay by itself does not establish that change.

Eloro expects to complete the initial 10,000 metres of expansion drilling by year-end 2026.
